Turmeric comes from Southeast of Asia, it’s today the most mentioned tuber and valued by thousands of people in the world. It belongs to the ginger family, however, it has a very characteristic intense orange color with which we can differentiate it.

Within its composition we find vitamins, nutrients and minerals such as:

  • Capsules or supplements: The amount varies depending on the manufacturer or concentration of this tuber in the supplement.
